MY STORY
I am an international chef who fell in love with South Florida.
Most of my childhood, I was in the kitchen helping my family prep and cook. when I graduated high school early at a younger age, I already knew that I wanted to become a professional chef. However, it would not be an easy road. At seventeen I enrolled in Japan’s Tsuji Cooking School and for the next decade I dedicate myself to practicing and studying in several countries and learning about different cuisines.
After graduating from Japan, I traveled to Europe to learn about Mediterranean cuisine and acquired Mediterranean Culinary skills. I decided to open my own restaurant in Barcelona, Spain and it was a great success, and many restaurants copied our model.
I moved to South Florida and opened my first American restaurant “Le French Café” in, Boca Raton while continuing a degree at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, and graduated. I worked in different projects and my last restaurant experience was Executive Chef and Co-founder partner development of all BOH standard operational procedures (SOP) for Boketto Restaurants. I was responsible of transferring all in house production to and outsourcing kitchen facility between south Florida and New York.
